Are you passionate about sports and storytelling? Starlights Synchronized Skating Teams is looking for a part-time Marketing & Communications Manager to help us grow our membership and amplify our brand. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice and visibility of a premier skating program with over 150 athletes, from beginners to adults.

What you’ll do: 

• Develop a cohesive brand style guide including brand elements, visual identity, content standards, and application guidelines
• Develop and execute a seasonal marketing strategy aligned with Club goals.
• Manage and grow the Club’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Track analytics and recommend improvements for engagement and reach.
• Create and oversee a content calendar highlighting teams, athletes, and events.
• Write compelling copy for newsletters, website, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Board of Directors, coaches, volunteers, and photographers on campaigns. 

What you’ll bring to the team: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; OR equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or brand management. Experience in sports, performing arts, or nonprofit sectors preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple channels and using analytics platforms to measure success.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website CMS.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Photography, video, or design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) a plus.
