Company Overview
Organized in 1908, The Country Club of Virginia is a full-service, private club in Richmond, Virginia. CCV is consistently recognized as one of the top clubs in America as a result of its remarkable membership, world-class facilities, and exceptional staff.
With over 7,600 members, CCV is one of the largest and most prestigious private clubs in the country. Two campuses, located seven miles apart, provide abundant amenities. Our members enjoy two spectacular clubhouses and three golf courses, along with racquet sports, fitness, youth activities, aquatics, and numerous dining options and special event venues. CCV is the host site of the PGA TOUR Champions Dominion Energy Charity Classic golf tournament.
As a not-for-profit club with a $35 million operating budget, CCV has a very strong financial position, with meaningful capital reserved for regular reinvestment in and expansion of its facilities.
To support our large membership, we employ a staff of over 600, and nearly 25% of them have worked at CCV for 10 years or more. We offer stability, a beautiful work environment, and a supportive management team.
